Refund policy

All USY T-shirts are made to order and contain personalized elements, including a printed Your Text and a QR code linked to a unique emotional interaction.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@unseenyou.com.
We’ll review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Why We Don’t Accept Returns

Each shirt is created specifically for you—physically and emotionally.
The printed Your Text and QR code are unique and cannot be reused or resold.
This makes every item a one-of-one expression and excludes it from standard return policies, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for personalized goods (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).


Refunds for Damaged Items

If a refund is approved due to damage or error on our part, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
